Thermoluxx is a ready to use liquid insulation suitable for coating glass, wood. fabric, paper and does not refract, or change the image when viewed through.
Temperature range: -40oC ~ +200oC
Ingredients
Thermoluxx is water based and contains nanotechnology.
Water, silicates, zinc oxide, polyacrylate, calcium carbonate, cellulose, preserving agent.
Specific weight during complete drying: 373.0 kg/m3.
Liquid water transfer W2 is: =< 0,5 kg/(m2/0,5h).
Adhesion to substrate: >= 0.3 Mpa.
Drying time to overcoatability at 20oC: 6 hours/coat.
Time to complete drying: 24 hours.
Field of Application
Thermoluxx is a resistant protective coating suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Thermoluxx is used wherever the supporting substrate or the space behind it needs to be protected from cold, heat, UV radiation or corrosion.
Products Specific Properties
Thermoluxx products have a high resistance and color fastness to aggressive environmental and weather influences such as snow, rain, smog, ozone, UV radiation and have a reflective effect against direct sunlight. The areas coated with Thermoluxx have a thermally calming, energetic and moisture regulating effect on sorption and diffusible substrates, which has an extremely pleasant effect on the room climate, especially when used indoors. The Thermoluxx indoor application also acts as an excellent preventive measure against mold formation.
